What is the most durable comfortable rolling office chair under $500 bucks?
I am not going to Staples or Office Max for office chairs anymore — I’m lucky if those pieces of garbage last a year.
My office chair at work is great, but those things are like 0 and up..
I just want a non-plushy, but comfortable office chair with arms that can withstand some abuse — Comfortable to the point where i can kick back throw my feet on the desk and take a short nap after a 12 hour day of editing. Yet — durable enough that 3 years from now, i wont have to worry about the damn chair snapping off the base if i kick back.
Oh yeah, i dont want leather either..
Please attach links if you can..
Because I only want to pay 0 for the chair… And the chair at the office is about 0…

I’m betting that last person who answered is a salesman. They love to spend other people’s money. If you’re gonna spend x amount, why dont you spend 40% more and get something else.. What they dont take into consideration is that $700 & up is not $700… And since you’re gonna pay $700 why dont you pay $900… Ugh - those answers make me sick..
Best bet is to go to one of these Used Office Furniture places that buy up furniture from companies who went out of business… You can get some really good deals there..
Here is a good selection from Sam’s. Sam’s has industrial strength and quality stuff at very good prices

is there really that much a difference between paying $500 and $700? if you’re willing to pay $500, why just not pay another $200 for the one you know is comfortable.
