Does anyone make seat warmers for office chairs?

I am freezing in cubicle-world…I wear a lab coat over my shirt and have a scarf, I also have a space-heater under my desk, but I’m still cold.
Does anyone know of a seat warmer made for office chairs? Seems like that would be safer and more efficient than a space heater.
